Now Hiring - Sales and Marketing Manager in Hamburg, NY

JOB SUMMARY: This position will market and sell the services of a highly successful WNY company providing dry cleaning, alteration, personal laundry, preservation and household item cleaning services with the goal of growing our client base.

DUTIES: Positively promote the company's brand; research and develop marketing opportunities and plans that reflect and understanding of our customers’ needs and wants; identify market trends and suggest approaches to achieve sales/marketing goals; coordinate and implement sales plans and advertising efforts; identify new business opportunities and/or customer/client pools; create engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature; acquire new clients, build and maintain client relationships; stay current in the industry.

REQUIREMENTS: Two to three years’ experience in marketing and/or sales with a demonstrated understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques; strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills; superior communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; excellent computer skills and experience with social media platforms and their effective use; knowledge of data analysis and report writing; the ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures; the ability to work under pressure

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: An associate’s or bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field; experience in management may be advantageous.
